Community Pool Click here to see panoramic views of the Community Pool. Beach Community Pool Hours! The Beach Pool is keeping things cool for residents and visitors! The pool is open 7 days a week for the months of March, June, July and August. We are closed Tuesdays and Thursdays for the months of September, November, December, January, February, April and May. You and your family can take advantage of some of the scheduled programs. Did you know that swim lessons are free to residents of the Town of Fort Myers Beach thanks to the Kiwanis Club? Swim lessons are available May 1st through August 21st beginning at 9:30 am for thirty minutes. The Monday and Wednesday sessions run from May 3rd through August 25th beginning at 4:00 pm for 30 minutes. Please call the pool for each sessions date. Children must be signed up before the lesson. These lessons are FREE to Beach residents and $40 for those living outside Town limits. Private swim lessons are available as well. They are $16 for a half an hour and $8 for each additional child. The Beach Community Pool also offers Aquatic Aerobics Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. June through August from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. The program runs from 9:30 am to 10:30 September through May. The first class is FREE and the cost is $5 for each additional class or 10 classes for $40. During the summer months, the Beach Community Pool is a popular destination for visiting groups and a great place to celebrate children's birthday parties. Birthday parties are $15 for Funbrella rental and food is arranged at the snack bar. You may bring your own birthday cake. Because we have one of the finest area facilities, the Beach Community Pool is welcoming visitors from all over Lee County. Call ahead to check pool capacity. If you want to avoid much of the crowd, optimum visiting hours are weekdays, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. For more information, call (239) 463-5759.
