Employment / Requests for Bid The Town of Fort Myers Beach is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk. Duties include assisting the Finance Director, preparation of bank deposits, researching projects, providing reports, monitoring funds, maintaining accounts receivable/payable records and files. Accuracy of deposits and fiscal records is essential to this job. Duties may also include reconciling revenues and variances, and validation of deposits. Governmental Accounting experience preferred. Seeking highly organized motivated and detailed team player with superior computer, customer service and professional skills and willingness to learn a newly instituted accounting program. Ability to multi task and produce results under deadlines while maintaining a sense of professionalism. Experience in Windows XP and Office 2000 a must. Salary $30k-40k (depending on qualifications) plus competitive benefits. Employment applications are available below.
