Times Square Advisory Board Deborah Lallo John Richard Bill Whitaker Martin York William Bustin Bill Freeman Evelyn May Joerg Wiebe Over the past years, the Times Square Advisory Committee has accomplished many things for the Times Square area, including adding a "Town Clock" that plays music, undergrounding wiring to be used for holiday lights, a Farmer's Market held on Friday mornings from March through May and did some native planting in the area. The maintenance and garbage fees were recommended to the Council and are currently in place and improvements to this area were paid for by the original grant money which specified that it had to be used for this area only.
