Public Hearing: Estero Bay Hotel Company in ref. to Matanzas Inn (416 Crescent St.) 95-01-003.02Z 02.01 - Request to rezone from Commercial Planned Development (CPD) and C-1 (Commercial) to CPD to permit a maximum of 6400 sq. ft. of mixed commercial use to include office, retail and efficiency motel units, to permit up to 24 new motel units and to modify the configuration of the restaurant.

5. Public Hearing: Peter and Susan Lisich 95-01-034.03Z 02.01 - Request to amend the Commercial Planned Development to reduce the number of permitted hotel units for the proposed 12-unit building at 131 Estero Blvd (Pink Shell Resort). The reduction will result in the elimination of 7 hotel units and the proposed 12-unit building. The existing 5-unit building will remain.

6. Public Hearing: Peter and Susan Lisich 95-07-043.02Z 02.01 - Request to amend the Commercial Planned Development to permit 7 additional hotel units within the existing 28-unit, 7-story, Hotel Casa Playa at 150 Estero Blvd.

7. Public Hearing: Lighthouse Island Resort, Inc. 98-09-227.03R - Continued until a later date.
