5. Public Hearing: Thomas D. and Susan Piascik 98-12-279.01Z 01.01 - Request to rezone from Residential Single Family (RS-1) to Residential Multiple Family (RM-2) at 5709 Estero and 164 Sterling.

6. Dock of the Bay, Inc. 98-11-161.02V 01.01 -Request to a)approve conversion of "grandfathered" use of submerged land to a submerged land lease for the existing multi-slip docking facility; and b) approve lease for proposed expansion of the multi-slip docking facility at the end of Delmar Street.

7. James & Deborah Figuerado in ref. to Publix Supermarket 96--02-186.02Z 02.01 - Request to reconsider the Commercial Planned Development (CPD) approved pursuant to Resolution No. 98-11A for consistency with the newly adopted Comprehensive Plan at 4765 Estero Blvd.
