Draft: Littering Ordinance Included in this packet is a copy of Resolution of 99-3 of the PSTF recommending adoption of a littering ordinance similar in content to the one being considered by Lee County. Direction is being sought to go forward with a Town Ordinance which would include all of the provisions of the county draft except section 13. E. Discussion on adding an additional Code Enforcement Officer In your packet is a copy of the original memo, dated February 12, 1999. Council asked for price quotes on leasing a vehicle rather than purchasing. We have received information from the County on leasing rather than purchase. A small truck or car can be leased pursuant to a 36 month lease for between $250 – 260/month + .15/mile over 15,000 miles per year. F. Streetscape Designer selection X.
