In the packet are a series of documents which include; 1] a memorandum describing the history of the garbage problem in Times Square; 2] a memorandum describing a allocation plan for maintenance of the Times Square area and for garbage costs; 3] the minutes from 2 workshops held by the Council on this issue; and 4] a contract proposal for design and construction drawings for the new compactor building and compactor.
VII. Presentation by the Ft. Myers Beach Build a Pool Foundation
Items to be discussed and reviewed will include an update as to current and future Fund Raising efforts as well as thoughts on possible facility operational and programming options.
