A request to rezone from two family conservation district to Commercial Planned Development to permit offices of the Fire Control District. This property is located at 100 & 102 Voorhis Street. Public Hearing: Case Number VAR2000-00023. Miller Carport Replacement. A variance request to permit a 4.2 foot side setback to reconstruct a carport. Request correction of a scriveners error in the legal description of the Pink Shell Resort, Resolution 00-07. This property is located at 275 Estero Boulevard. Approval of contract changes for Harbor Plan: Coastal Engineering License Agreement for Seafarer’s 1997, Inc. A request to use a small alleyway as the location for a grease trap.
