11. Public Hearing: Ordinance adopting the millage rate

13. Public Hearing: Ordinance amending the Vessel Control and Water Safety Ordinance – This amendment involves a language change requested by the County to clearly delineate the Town’s ownership and control of the channels within the Town’s jurisdictional waters.
14. First reading: Ordinance to amend the Land Development Code - This ordinance details a number of amendments to the Town’s Land Development Code. These amendments were created by the LPA, a public hearing was held, and the LPA transmitted a recommendation of approval.
15. Draft discussion: Ordinance authorizing the formation of neighborhood
improvement maintenance districts (MSTBU)
16. Discussion of office space - See memorandum in agenda packet. This item deals with possible remodeling of current office space and options with regards to the downstairs space.
17. Update on trash removal in Times Square – See memorandum in agenda packet. This item offers current discussion of garbage/trash solution for Times Square.
