Rachel P. Lambert, IHM
Rachel joined the administrative team in August of 2003. Her position is that of administrative services director for the Town of Fort Myers Beach. Some of her responsibilities include:
- the editing and production of the Beach Access Newsletter and various other public announcements;
- serves as council liaison assuring that council is kept informed of the various service activies and functions related to the responsibilities of the Town Council;
- performs the duties of voting clerk in coordination with Lee County;
- coordinates the various Town committee notifications and setup of meetings.
Rachel comes to us with a wide range of experience in the field of education, gerontology, and city administration. Her knowledge of computer systems and software enables her to work efficiently in the duties assigned to this position.
A native of Lowell, Massachusetts, Rachel graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a M. ed. degree in Educational Research. She is a member of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, a religious order based in Monroe, Michigan.
